0.2.2.0 QOL Update

Have gotten some feedback and made a few changes to improve comfort in the game.

1. Received reports that the hax were hitting the boat when fired. This causes the boat to jolt and makes control a bit difficult. This is fixed.

2. The Death spin was causing a bit of motion sickness, so instead the boat is frozen in place and we will add a different death notification in a future update.

3. If you complete the 2nd block, there are a couple incomplete levels of the 3rd block that are playable. Go ahead and get a taste of the next section.

4. New model for the Stabby hack.
